Unto What to expect when visiting the Global Logistics Center
What they needed
Unto brings volunteers into its Global Logistics Center in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, to sort and pack aid. Prospective volunteers needed to see what to expect before they arrived, on the page where they sign up.
What I made
A 1:12 orientation video. It is built from footage on the warehouse floor: volunteers sorting supplies, packing at long tables, working the aisles.
What happened
Unto published the video on its Vimeo account and uses it on its volunteer information page. That use is documented. An effect on sign-ups or preparedness has not been measured here.
