- Most projects land near $1,900. Grant writers: this range is safe to use as a budget line
- Flat quote after a scoping call; written approval before exceeding the cap
- On-screen text, captions, and motion graphics as needed
- Music and stock sound effects included
- Caption and signage fixes are free and do not count as a revision round
- Final files in every format you need

The fine print How pricing works
- Flat quotes, agreed before work starts.
- After a short scoping call you get a flat quote, and I ask for written approval before going past it.
- I invoice at final delivery on 15-day terms. You can publish the video as soon as it is delivered.
- Music and stock sound effects through my subscriptions are included in the finished video at no extra charge.
- Editable project files are not included by default; if you want them, I quote them separately.
